Mount Sidley is the highest dormant volcano in Antarctica, a member of the Volcanic Seven Summits, with a summit elevation of 4,181–4,285 metres (13,717–14,058 ft). The occupation of the Falkland Islands and of South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands was the short-lived Argentine administration of a group of British islands in the South Atlantic whose sovereignty has long been disputed by Argentina.
