Now I'm disappointed there aren't more pressure cooker recipes here! The potatoes were creamy and tender though some might consider them overdone. You’re able to cook everything all in the same pot which cuts down on dishes (yeah) and the vegetables/potatoes get to soak up all that goodness while they’re cooking. I don't have a pressure cooker so I used my slow cooker and turned out great. The meat was sooo moist. If you try it, let me know how it goes! A wonderful meal..everyone enjoyed!
