I'll never forget the first show I went to, meeting them before and after was something I'll never forget! I love PUP and know them from their released music. These guys know how to put on a great show. bvox I've never heard a band do that before and it made me respect them on a new level. PUP puts on one of the liveliest, energetic, powerful live shows around. Their catchy, compact tunes contain loads of melodic brilliance, but the raw aggressiveness of their sound is a far cry from the shiny production value favored by most pop punkers. They have really big fans that give the energy right back to them, which makes for a crowd-surfing, lyric-chanting good time. The two opening bands were great (Beach Bunny, Ratboys) and the sound was great. They were full of energy, and sounded honestly great on stage. There was an insane energy from start to finish of the concert. I'll be at the next show as soon as they come back to the PNW. I wish they had been able to play a few more songs but knew they were pretty limited as the opening band. the crowd was rough, but for the most part pretty respectful.

overall the show was one of the best nights of my life. at the Vera Project in Seattle, i think 3 years ago. Tour begins April 9 – tickets on sale now! I got to see them at Warped Tour with like 20 people that knew their music, and they still kicked ass. They are probably one of the better bands live. However a dozen or so young people (me included) knew PUP or were there for them specifically, which they seemed surprised by. I joined for a bit but it was pretty intense, especially during Resevior.
